We only offer hosting as a turn-key service for our customers. You can choose to host your web site with any provider.
Prepaid hosting will expire when the year runs out, but you can always move your website to another provider at any time. Since the prepaid plans are discounted, refunds are not available.
You will receive an invoice when the end of your hosting year is getting close.
